Take short belt.

Insert short belt through small central slots from Inside to outside.

Fasten top straps over the backrest of the seat.

Slide lower straps through the external slots at the bottom of the backrest.

Tighten the straps after installing the passenger.

Insert the long belt through the 2 slots.

Slide the short belt over the ends of the long belt.

Close the buckle on top of the feet. The short belt keeps the heels in place.
